Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or re-book an appointment then I require 48 hours notice, this then allows me to offer the appointment to someone else, anything less than 24 hours notice will incur full payment.

 

Illness

If you do not feel well the day before your, appointment I advise you contact me that day by 5pm at the latest and re-book the session for another day, as any cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur full payment. 

 

Deposit.  

 

Bookings through salons require a £15 refundable deposit which must be paid in advance of the session or If you need to change the appointment and re-book the session, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required otherwise your deposit cannot be used for another booking.  If the appointment is cancelled and not rebooked then the deposit cannot be returned.

 

IPL treatment courses

 

A course of 6 treatments is recommended with intervals of 3-4 weeks. If the course is not completed within 9 months of the first treatment date an extra fee may be applied.
